Course Presentation: 7 – 8 p.m.
Today’s colleges, pharmacies and healthcare workplaces are staffed with a diverse spectrum of professional and para-professional practitioners. There are potentially five generational cohorts in the workforce today whose communication, teaching and learning styles are influenced by their generational experiences. This program will review the general characteristics of communication, teaching and learning styles of each cohort and give tools to help understand and manage this diversity in the experiential training environment.
